Everyone I worked with at Optimum from quotes and scheduling with Elvis to the move day with James and his crew were great. James and his crew arrived on-time and were very respectful in packaging up the furniture. They took the time to review all the items and made sure delicate and antiques were blanketed and/or boxed. They are hard workers and are 3-D Tetris masters in putting everything into storage. I would definitely use them again for another move and recommend to others.

Moving is never easy but the crew from Optimum Moving made everything as seamless as possible! Everyone was 100% professional and went above and beyond to ensure every fragile item was carefully packed and unpacked. We decided to use Optimum to move us from NJ to PA based on reviews alone. This was a excellent choice. Elvis stopped by, quoted us well, and stuck to it. The crew arrived on time on moving day, and started right away. They taped and boxed items even though we didnt ask for that service. These guys were professional and very courteous. The unload was a tough one as the only place to park near our house was across the street. The crew had no problem with unloading the truck, wandering between parked cars and such. This was a tough move for my family, but Optimum Moving made it so much less painful. I highly recommended this company for your moving needs. Thanks Optimum Moving!

We highly recommend Optimum Moving Company for their great service and pricing. We moved the belongings of our house into storage and the crew carefully wrapped everything. They took special care with wrapping delicate items such as lighting fixtures and easily breakable antique furniture. The truck showed up on time and they worked very efficiently (great teamwork between the crew). We would not hesitate to call them again when ready to move.

Can't say enough good things about Optimum Moving! I've had nightmare experiences with movers in the past, but these guys were a breath of fresh are. From the moment they got there the foreman James and his crew were very nice and respectful. They went above and beyond the job that we expected. Moving guys were really good. They finished packing and unpacking stuff on time. Very punctual and reasonably priced.

Optimum Moving handled our summer move from a crowded second floor city walk up a hilly suburban home, with a stop at a storage space on the way--a full day from 8am to 7pm. Our foreman and his crew (and the backup crew called in to help them finish the job) were prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating. The final bill came out to exactly what they quoted--not a penny more. We recommend them without any reservations.

This was my second move in 1 year. Last year was a perfect storm. I utilized a different company who. charged hourly. Optimum was hands down superior in every way. Better price (flat rate). Punctual (early), courteous, speedy (was it espresso?), neat and honest. They returned jewelry to us which had fallen behind a dresser. Don't bother calling other movers. The previous mover held my things hostage last year and my ransom was finally refunded after help from BBB. Check reviews but use Optimum.

I highly recommend Optimum Moving. Elvis, James, and Jackson took great care of us. My partner and I used them to move us both out of our separate apartments and into our new place. They were efficient, kind, and thorough. The day of moving it was raining and they did an excellent job of keeping everything dry, and all of our belongings were moved in tip top shape. If you are looking for excellent movers at a good price, look no further than Optimum.

Optimum Moving was really great handling our move. In the beginning of the day, I had a few issues with the contracts needing to be signed as I had not seen them prior, but Elvis was great in making sure I felt comfortable with what I decided to sign. He appreciated my feedback and that was appreciated on my end. For our foreman, we had James who was personable and helped us through every part of the move. He was responsive and responsible and was wonderful to work with. Walter, Alfredo, and Emilio assisted in the move and took great care with our belongings. Overall, Optimum was awesome - I would recommend. They also offer flat rate versus per hour which is a huge plus!
